There isn’t a single person on the planet that didn’t experience anxiety…so did I…I had serious problems with depression and anxiety. Pills didn’t help anything…They made my condition even worse. Then I decided to do something for myself. I started researching what to do and I found some very interesting methods to overcome anxiety and depression without medication. I found that breathing exercises for anxiety and regular physical activity significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.
